Nancy Giere, Founder

Nancy Giere speaks from experience. She has been on a lifelong campaign against boring training and boring marketing.

She knows that dumbed-down explainer videos, “meh” blog posts and “so what?” webinars are not enough to engage your best prospects.

The problem is that every one of your competitors is doing exactly the same thing. Every day, it’s getting more and more difficult to attract the quality leads that your company truly wants to connect with.

If you truly want to stand out, a video that pitches your product just isn’t enough and a lengthy resource list is not going to cut it.

The answer? Develop a significant competitive  advantage with a Prospect Education System – what she calls Training That Sells…

Nancy has been designing training programs that get results for over 25 years.  She’s worked for some of the most famous companies in corporate America including Harley-Davidson, Northwestern and Dollar Tree.

Her unique prospect education system is the culmination of work for three very different companies that had one common challenge… Lead Generation.

Her work at Harley-Davidson was all about creating an experience.  Every course was built to attract new customers and build brand loyalty.  These programs weren’t just training, they were experiences that gave prospects a real sense of what it was like to be part of the rider culture.

At Focus On Energy she worked with built a prospect education system that was an integral part of the sales funnel. Every course had a direct connection to a specific offering and included a strong call to action that set the stage for energy advisors to engage with prospects.

At Xero she was able to connect her experience working for financial services companies like Northwestern, Baird and SunTrust with a Fintech company. It was here where created online courses, webinars and presentations that leveraged thought leadership. The overall premise was that accountants didn’t want to be sold they wanted to be educated.
